ARCVERIS Partners - Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds must be formally requested via Support@ARCVERIS.com within thirty (30) days of the service’s completion. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and only unperformed services may qualify. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to incomplete services where ARCVERIS has not yet rendered a deliverable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All consulting services, recruitment fees, staffing charges, and administrative setup fees are non-refundable upon payment. No refund will be provided for services once initiated, protecting ARCVERIS against opportunistic claims and maintaining the company’s operational integrity.

3. Prorated Refunds

If services are halted midway due to reasons beyond the Customer’s control, prorated refunds may be issued. Refund calculations will deduct costs related to time, labor, and materials expended. ARCVERIS has sole discretion to determine whether proration is applicable, based on the documented stage of completion.

4. Subscription Services

Subscription services are non-refundable and continue through the billing cycle. Cancellation requires a thirty (30) day written notice to terminate at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for early terminations within a billing cycle, ensuring contractual clarity and fiscal protection for ARCVERIS.

5. Early Termination Penalties

Customers terminating services early are subject to penalties, including liquidated damages. These may amount to a prorated fee equivalent to thirty (30) days of services, or the total value of services remaining, whichever is greater, protecting ARCVERIS against financial losses caused by early cancellation.

6. Late Payment Terms

Invoices are due on or before the stated due date. Unpaid balances will accrue interest at 1.5% per month. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days, ARCVERIS reserves the right to suspend all services without liability. The customer remains responsible for fees during any suspension period, providing additional leverage to ARCVERIS for timely payment enforcement.

7. Price Adjustments

ARCVERIS reserves the right to adjust service pricing for future agreements or renewals. Price changes will not affect existing agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. This ensures ongoing profitability and operational stability for the company, while protecting client expectations within ongoing contracts.

8. Amendments to Refund Policy

ARCVERIS Partners retains the right to amend this policy at any time. Modifications will be posted on www.ARCVERIS.com and will take effect thirty (30) days after publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms. This provision safeguards ARCVERIS’ flexibility in adapting to evolving legal or business conditions.
